Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, the Retreat at Jordanelle neighborhood offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private retreat. With a neighborhood clubhouse and only a 6-8 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts, this area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.

With 4 bedrooms (2 Master suites), 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of room for 9-11 people, this gorgeous home will exceed your expectations. Both great rooms and all the bedrooms have HD Smart TVs. The main level features a comfortable, open living room with a large sectional, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, 70” HD Smart TV, and space for relaxing. The dining area has seating for eight at the table and four at the bar.

Granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances make the kitchen perfect for eating in and gathering for a meal. There’s a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, toaster, pot/pans, crock pot, cookie sheets, wine glasses, dishes, utensils, glassware, and much more available for use.

The main level also features a ½ bath and a laundry room with a top-loading washer and front-loading dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Upstairs, the first sizable Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, luxurious bedding, ceiling fan, 55” HD Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a his/hers dual shower. The 2nd upstairs room features a Queen-sized bed, 50” HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, and shared full bathroom with a shower. A twin-sized bunkbed with twin trundle makes the 3rd upstairs bedroom perfect for kids. It also has a 50” HD Smart TV and shares the hallway bathroom with the Queen room.

The lowest level of the home has a large bonus room with a sectional couch (containing a Queen-sized sleeper sofa), a poker table with game board and bumper pool, board games and cards, a 70” HD Smart TV with surround sound, and a third full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The 2nd Master bedroom is also on the lowest level and has a King-sized bed and 55” HD Smart TV. The walk-out patio hosts comfortable seating for 4 with a fire pit table for warmth and ambiance on cool mountain evenings.

The entire home has a soft-water system, free reliable high-speed WIFI, YouTube TV on all TVs (aside from the lower master bedroom), and streaming apps available. To keep you comfortable, there is also central air-conditioning and full heat.

This home includes garage parking for two small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

The County and HOA have strict rental unit occupant noise regulations. Noise at rental units is not allowed beyond normal conversation levels typical for a residence or residential community between 10pm and 8am.

Ideal Sundance Retreat Near Park City - Spacious, Cozy, and Convenient

Was looking for a house close to Park City for Sundance for work, and this location was great for that. Nice open house layout, room for several people, large master bedroom upstairs and bath. Comfy furniture. Also the downstairs 'basement' room had windows so it's not really closed in or dark.

Beautiful Property

We were so happy with this property. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the ping pong table and the hot tub. We also found Sky Run great to work with. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us find an item we left behind.

Great rental, but mgmt company needs to step up

Our two families stayed here for a week. The place was well appointed and basically what you see in the listing. The only downside is that the house was not prepared for nine people to stay there for a week (the propane tank for the grill was basically empty upon arrival, the bathrooms each had only one mini bar of soap and the roll of TP on the holder - no spares, etc.), and the windows clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was still a lovely place, however, and we'd stay there again.
