Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 2700 square feet, it sleeps 12 people perfectly.

The spacious main level features a gorgeous, thoughtfully-appointed living room with plenty of seating on new leather couches positioned around a beautiful gas fireplace. There’s also a 55” Smart TV with a soundbar, a DVD/CD/Blu-Ray combo, and ceiling fan.

By the living room, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen makes eating in a breeze. With stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, you’ll feel right at home cooking or baking for your friends or family. There’s a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, a blender, crock-pot, popcorn maker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. There’s also a breakfast table with seating for six, a dining room table with seating for eight, and additional seating for four at the counter-top. The gas BBQ is on a patio just off the kitchen. The laundry room is also next to the kitchen and features a full-sized high-capacity HE washer and dryer.

On the main level of the home is a spacious master suite with a comfortable King bed. This room has an en suite bathroom that boasts a soaking tub and separate shower. If you're bringing a little one, the walk-in closet has a built in crib! Don't worry, there is still plenty of closet space for clothes and luggage.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large loft with plenty of seating and space. The 2nd master suite is also on the top level. With a Queen-sized bed, 49” Smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, relaxing after a full day in Park City has never been easier.

The top floor also features two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and 40” Smart TV and TWO Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds. These two bedrooms share and a full bathroom with a shower only.

The lowest level of the home has a comfortable second living area with a sectional sleeper sofa, a Smart TV with a DVD/CD/Blu-Ray combo and an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Just off the lower living room, a large patio with a beautiful with an 8 person private hot tub awaits you.

This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

The County and HOA have strict rental unit occupant noise regulations. Noise at rental units is not allowed beyond normal conversation levels typical for a residence or residential community between 10pm and 8am.

Fantastic Vacation Spot

Spacious and comfortable stay. HUGE showers in the space were great after a long hot hike. Location is close to some great family activities and only 40 min from SLC. We fit 4 adults and 2 children easily. Could definitely accommodate another couple and kids if necessary. We cooked a few dinners in the home and ran laundry. The home was well equipped for these tasks!

Exceptional Stay at Moose Management: Responsive, Spacious, and Well-Equipped

Moose Management was very responsive and helpful. The home is lovely and was perfect for a weekend with friends - or could have accommodated a couple of families. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook meals and feed a group. We really enjoyed having access to the community pool and private hot tub.
