Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a NEW charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and over 3000 square feet, it sleeps 12 people perfectly.
When you arrive at this large, duplex-style townhome, you’ll walk in on the main level into a large great room. The living room has plenty of seating and has a 46” HD Smart TV with DirecTV satellite programming. There’s a luxurious gas fireplace close to the seating for cold winter nights. The large windows provide plenty of light and enhance the new, modern décor of the room. The patio is located just off the living room where you’ll find a private hot tub for relaxing the nights away and a gourmet gas BBQ grill.
By the living room, you’ll find a large, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There’s seating for four at the bar and four more at the breakfast table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you’ll possibly need to dine in. Along with normal cooking items like a toaster, crock pot, blender, baking pans and utensils, there’s even a roasting pan, tea kettle and additional baking pans. The coffee pot is a Keurig, able to brew a single cup or an entire pot. Baking and enjoying time with your family and friends will be a breeze!
You’ll also find a dining room area in the great room, with seating for eight comfortably. Additionally there’s a large, main level Master bedroom with King-sized bed and brand-new deluxe bedding. There’s a ceiling fan and a 40” HD Smart TV along with an attached bathroom for privacy (shower only). The master bedroom connects (through a door in the closet) to the laundry room, which is also available from the side of the kitchen.
The laundry room has a large capacity HE Washer and Dryer and an iron/ironing board for your convenience. There’s also a ½ bath located on the main level. No need to use the master bathroom!
On the lowest level of the home, you’ll find another bedroom with an attached full bath (tub/shower combination). There’s a Queen-sized bed, a Twin-sized bed with Twin trundle, and 48” HD Smart TV in the considerably-sized room.
Upstairs on the top floor, there’s a large loft and additional three bedrooms. One bedroom is another Master with attached bath (shower only). It has a Queen-sized bed and 40” HD TV. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom (shower only) and have Queen-sized beds and 40” HD TVs as well. All bedrooms have soft, comfortable bedding and brand-new mattresses/furnishings.
The home is equipped with dual furnaces and dual central air-conditioning units, making temperature control quick and easy.
This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

The County and HOA have strict rental unit occupant noise regulations. Noise at rental units is not allowed beyond normal conversation levels typical for a residence or residential community between 10pm and 8am.

Wonderful Stay for Thanksgiving Celebration
by Fawn B.Very nice place. We had Thanksgiving there with all my children, 12 of us. It was easy to prepare meals for the crowd. The kitchen had Everything except a roasting pan. This place was so clean and so many places to sit for all of us. My adult children enjoyed it so much!
I did call and ask if one more person could stay the night and the management said no.
This was the biggest problem of the trip because it was my mom who had last minute changes and had decided to spend thanksgiving with us. I had to get a hotel near by.
I explained all this to the management, but they would not allow her to stay.
It was still a fantastic place to stay and I would stay again.

Exceptionally Clean and Well-Equipped Home for Groups of Twelve
by Audrey S.House was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and bowls for cooking for a group of twelve. Beds were comfortable too.
