Powderwood Pines 13X
Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this top-floor condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft seating/reading/relaxing area, and comfortably sleeps four to six.

Flex Sleeping: Queen raised self-inflatable air bed
The main living room has plenty of seating and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings. A balcony off the living room has seating, a BBQ and beautiful, unobstructed mountain views!
The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a detached full bathroom. There is a queen-raised, self-inflatable air bed for flex sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a delicious crockpot meal at the end of your day of fun or throw some burgers on the BBQ!
The free shuttle picks up near the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway.
The entire home is equipped with central air-conditioning, full heat, free WiFi, and Comcast cable TV. There is also a private in-home washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games.
Along with the home, you’ll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.
Don’t worry about parking! One covered reserved space is available plenty of first-come first-served spots for one additional vehicle.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Great Choice
by Brant MWe enjoyed ringing in the New Year at this property and enjoyed the skiing as well. The property location was great for our family - close to tons of shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. without having to deal with the crowds right in town at the mountain. Free Park City transit stops right at the end of the street will take you anywhere you need to go as well. The space is nicely furnished, spacious with the vaulted ceilings and has great amenities (like the hot tub and walking trails) - just like in the photos. Correspondence with the management is great. They use text messages, a guest portal with all kinds of general and unit specific information. This was a great choice.

Nice place
by ThomasPerfect for me and 3 of my friends. It does not have an inflatable air bed , but does have two pullout love seat beds in the loft area which gave us 5 individual beds. A couple could sleep in the master bedroom which would increase the capacity to 6 people with individual beds.

by Jon H.A great place to stay for a trip to Park City Resort. It's about 12-15 minutes away from the mountain village and is a fraction of the price of staying at one of the resort hotels. The place is a bit small for more than 3 people, but it's well furnished and was nice overall.
