New Claim has a large indoor hot tub that is open year-round. It is located downtown in the Prospector area and just steps to the free bus stop. Within walking distance is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state-licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). There are also some great walkable dining options as well.
Bringing a car? There are also parking passes in the guest book for first come, first served spaces in and of the Prospector parking lots.
Another great perk this space offers storage for two mountain bikes. The bike storage is in a locker at the entryway of the building making it super convenient to use.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a personal key code.. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

A Cozy and Convenient Stay
by Anna B.We had a great 7 day stay at this property! On the bus route so getting to and from park city/deer valley was easy. Also a 5 minute drive to Main Street. The place was the perfect size very cozy and clean. Would stay here again it was just what we were looking for for this trip!
