Perched on the top floor of the modern Mayflower Lakeside community, this three-bedroom unit features panoramic mountain views, soaring cathedral ceilings, and a gorgeous contemporary style. Keeping you close to some of Park City’s most popular ski runs and resorts while also providing plenty of serene peace and quiet, you’ll have the very best of both worlds at Mayflower Lakeside 301.

In the main level GREAT ROOM, vaulted ceilings and bright, open windows let the natural sunlight pour inside. In one corner of the room, the grand stone fireplace adds the perfect dash of coziness to the room. Above the fireplace is a large HDTV, and a neutral sofa and armchair are great spots to kick back with a cocktail at the end of the day. Next to the living area, there’s a DINING TABLE with seating for six.

In the open KITCHEN, striking dark wood cabinetry and glossy white quartz countertops create a stylish and efficient space to prepare family meals or aprés-ski snacks for your crew. The large center island has a deep work sink and a high-efficiency dishwasher, while the remaining appliances include a spacious refrigerator, gas range, and microwave.

Down the hallway, the luxe primary bedroom suite is a welcoming oasis— with a comfortable king-size bed set into an elegant, upholstered frame. This room also allows for access to the outdoor balcony, a large HDTV, and a spa-like ENSUITE BATHROOM with a step-in shower and double vanity. The SECOND BEDROOM also doubles as office space and has a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle bed underneath. The THIRD BEDROOM features a sumptuous king-size bed.

Mayflower Lakeside 301 also includes a LAUNDRY ROOM with a full-size washer and dryer, an outdoor balcony with alfresco dining space, and underground parking. Located just minutes away from some of the most popular Park City hiking trails and ski resorts, Mayflower Lakeside 301 makes it easy for your whole group to plan a day full of outdoor mountain adventure. This community is also a short drive away from tons of local shopping and dining, as well as the entertaining downtown.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead, and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $100 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Note: As this is a brand-new development, there is some construction in the area. This building is complete, and the area construction should have little to no impact.

Excellent Stay

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It is on the top floor of the building with vaulted ceilings, so that it feels very open with a lot of light. It is in a prime location so that you have a wonderful view of Deer Valley mountain and a view off the balcony, of the lake. All appliances are new with plenty of silverware and dishes. It is only a short drive to downtown Park City, which means it\'s out of the rat race of the traffic and crowds of Park City. It was an overrall great experience and would stay there again.

Highly recommend place to stay!

I highly recommend this Airbnb! As someone not from Utah, I should mention this Airbnb is not in main Park City, it’s actually an exit or 2 down the freeway so you will need to drive to get to activities within Park City. Nevertheless, the location was gorgeous and we rented a car so driving to activities was no issue!
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet staying a little bit away from the main town and having a “homey” feel during our winter vacation. The furniture and dining table is perfect for hanging out as a group. It’s also just a walk away from Jordanelle State Park which is very picturesque. I imagine it will be even better once the construction is finished in nearby buildings.
The place has all new appliances. Comfortable beds, dog-friendly environment. There’s an elevator to get to the right floor easily. Pay attention to the codes they text to since there’s a few for different parts of check in. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Wonderful apartment

Superb apartment, all new, wonderfully decorated, full of light, fast internet. Extremely practical: underground garage, elevator next to door, 4 min by car to the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola). Wonderful management company. Possibility to walk around the lake. The only issue is that all the neighborhood is under construction. We didn’t suffer from the noise but the view is not as great as it will be in a few months/years.
